                                                                  Support more than four customers in different sectors like Transportations, FMCG, Pharmacy, Restaurant management, and a project for tax reporting:

                                                                  Update and modify metadata and integrate data with different sources using Oracle FDMEE.
                                                                  Make forms for Data Preview and Data Entry and build reports using web studio to make printable reports.

                                                                  As a banker, implemented an application to collect data and make analysis faster and more accurate. Was the key contact person with the iScore company for the ECR project. 

                                                                  Besides this, also tested the FlexCube before the go-live.

                                                                  Implemented an application using Visual Basic dot Net to register customers data and make analysis with just clicks instead of five working days and store data in databases instead of unstructured Excel sheets which also made data cleaner and well organized.

                                                                  The coordinator and the key contact person with the iScore company in the Egyptian Collateral Register (ECR) project:

                                                                  • During the implementation phase, I was involved in the business analysis

                                                                  • In the testing phase, I participated with the testing team from the bank

                                                                  • After the GO-live, We registered the first record in the register in the whole country and was coordinating with other parties inside the bank to train them on using the system. This project raised Egypt ranking in (Doing Business) report.

                                                                  Test the implementation of the Flexcube which is the biggest project for the ‎NBE since the 1980s.

                                                                  Manage a portfolio consists of more than a hundred twenty large corporate customers in different sectors, credit lines, and ‎legal entity types.‎

                                                                  Raise bank profit with more than 600 million L.E by keeping collaterals up to date.‎
